HANDS-ON TRAINING MEETS CAREER-READY CERTIFICATION
Industry-aligned training in aircraft structures, systems, and inspection, backed by credential verification that employers trust.
THE AEROFORGE AVIATION ACADEMY
AeroForge Aviation Academy trains the next generation of U.S. aircraft technicians through a rigorous 12-week program that transforms students into employment-ready professionals in commercial aircraft manufacturing and maintenance.
Graduates earn certification in Applied Aircraft Systems and Inspection, gaining practical expertise across structures, systems, and quality control through real-world capstone builds.
An integrated job-matching app validates students' credentials and connects them directly with aviation employers seeking immediately deployable talent.

OUR APPROACH
AeroForge combines onsite immersion, flexible online instruction, and direct career placement into a seamless training experience designed for maximum employability. This three-part approach ensures students master both practical skills and technical knowledge while maintaining a clear pathway from enrollment to employment.

Onsite Coursework
Hands-on training in a production-style hangar environment where students work with real aircraft components, professional-grade tools, and industry-standard equipment to build job-ready skills.

Online Coursework
Self-paced online instruction combines compliance training, systems theory, and virtual simulations that prepare students for hands-on work while accommodating diverse learning schedules.

Our App
An integrated platform that verifies graduate credentials, tracks training outcomes, and directly connects certified technicians with aviation employers seeking immediately deployable talent.
OUR CURRICULUM
AeroForge's 12-week curriculum bridges the aviation industry's critical skills gap through hands-on projects, AR/VR simulations, and real-world applications that prepare graduates for immediate employment in manufacturing, inspection, and MRO roles.
Fully aligned with FAA, AS9100, and ISO standards, our program delivers compliance-focused training across structures, systems, and quality inspection, culminating in a capstone build that demonstrates job-ready competency.

Weeks 1–2
Fundamentals & Safety Foundations
Students master essential safety protocols, tool handling, and hangar procedures while building foundational knowledge in aerodynamics and aircraft systems through hands-on mockup exercises.

Weeks 3-5
Aircraft Structures & Fasteners (Full Immersion)
This intensive module covers solid and blind riveting, drilling, countersinking, and composite lay-up techniques, with emphasis on dimensional inspection and quality documentation as students build a multi-panel structural section to industry standards.

Weeks 6-7
Aircraft Systems
Students build and test functional hydraulic circuits, pneumatic systems, and electrical wiring harnesses, developing critical skills in system assembly, leak testing, and fault diagnosis.

Weeks 8-9
Cabin Integration
This module focuses on the precision installation of cabin monuments, electrical tie-ins, and interior systems, with students assembling and inspecting a functional cabin bay mockup to manufacturer specifications.

Weeks 10-11
Quality Conformance & Inspection
Students master FAA, AS9100, and ISO inspection protocols through visual, dimensional, and other testing methods, completing full audit simulations and deviation reporting exercises.

Week 12
Capstone Project
Teams design, build, and inspect a complete aircraft section integrating structures, wiring, and systems, then present their work to instructors and prospective employers with full technical documentation.
OUR DIGITAL PLATFORM
The AeroForge app integrates cutting-edge AR/VR training modules that deliver virtual assembly simulations, 3D system visualization, and immersive safety drills to accelerate skills development.
Beyond training, the platform functions as a comprehensive job-matching system that connects certified graduates directly with aerospace employers, suppliers, and MROs.
Real-time credential verification and ongoing mentorship tracking ensure graduates maintain industry connections and continue advancing throughout their careers.
