MR. BASTIAN RIEDEL
FOUNDER & CEO
Bastian Riedel brings nearly a decade of aerospace manufacturing experience and over five years of entrepreneurial success to AeroForge Aviation Academy.
His career progression from aircraft mechanic to Level 1 Inspector to international trainer at Airbus provided deep insight into the exact skills gaps that exist in aircraft production, inspection, and quality assurance.
During Airbus Americas' ramp-up in Alabama, Bastian trained U.S. employees and witnessed firsthand the disconnect between classroom theory and real-world readiness in expanding aerospace facilities.
His subsequent success in building and scaling Speed Dock Boat Rentals demonstrated his ability to create systems, manage teams, and deliver customer-focused experiences, skills he now applies to bridging the gap between traditional training and the employable technicians the industry desperately needs.
